Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. Please contact us within 14 days from the delivery of your purchase at info@tammadesignshop.com, let us know the reason and we will guide you further. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. After you have received from us the return instructions, you must dispatch the return package within 7 days.

For returning an item, please follow these steps:

1. Please contact us via email at info@tammadesignshop.com to inform us about your wish to return the product and for receiving specific instructions. When emailing us, please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Please inform us about your return in 14 days.

2. After our confirmation, please prepare the items for return pick up. All products have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

3. Fill in the return sheet and based on the instructions received from us by e-mail, contact the shipping company to let them to collect the package. The returning items have to be shipped in 14 days after you have received our confirmation e-mail with the return shipment details. The customer is required to carry the shipping costs.

4. We will contact you after we have inspected the returned items and we will inform you about the status of your reimbursement.

Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with tags still attached. Goods should be packaged so they do not deform in transit. No tape is to be attached to the product or the product's original packaging. It must also be in the original cardboard packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply to the above criteria.

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days since your return item has arrived in our studio.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Tax- and duties

If the customer orders products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer and won't be refunded by us when the customer returns the product.
